It was very difficult for Crimeans during the first wave of quarantine, when all the entry/exit checkpoints with the occupied Crimea were closed. And in August exit from Crimea was possible only on “humanitarian grounds”. These are the cases of death of relatives, education, reunification with families, medical treatment and other urgencies
