Citizens can personally apply to the Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC

The individual consultation with the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC is available in the 2nd and 4th  Monday each month from 14.00 p.m. until 16.00 p.m.

Registration for the individual consultations with the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC  is available every day from 10.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m. with the dinner break from 13.00 p.m. until 14.00 p.m., except weekends and holidays.

The consultations with the officials of the Mission are held every day from 09.00 a.m. until 18.00 p.m. with the dinner break from 13.00 p.m. until 14.00 p.m., except weekends and holidays.

In accordance with the Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On applications of citizens”, the application must include the name, father’s name, surname; place of residence of the citizen; summery of the matter, remarks, proposals, allegations and complains, requests and demands. The applicant must sign the written application by indicating the date. The application cannot be considered for failure to comply with these regulations.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine dated on 2 June 2015 № 577-VIII “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On applications of citizens by e-mail and e-petition” beginning from 28th of October 2015 the written application can be sent by Internet, e-mail (e-petition). The application must include the name, father’s name, surname; place of residence of the citizen; summery of the matter, remarks, proposals, allegations and complains, requests and demands. The applicant must sign the written application by indicating the date. The e-petition must include e-mail to send the applicant a reply or other means of contact with the applicant. The electronic digital signature is not needed.

ATTENTION!

The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea asks the citizens, who apply to the Mission via electronic means, not to use the prohibited e-mail

The Order of the President of Ukraine dated on 15 May 2017 № 133/2017 put into force the Decision of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine “On implementation of personal special economic restrictions(sanctions)” dated on 28th April 2017 which restricts the access to domain names of e-mails of Russian companies( mail.ru; yandex.ua; yandex.ru; inbox.ru; list.ru; bk.ru; mail. ua etc).

To get the applications from the citizens and to send the replies via e-mail, the Mission asks to use allowed e-mails: ukr.net; gmail.com; yahoo.com; meta.ua; i.ua etc.
