During the statement, particular attention was paid to wide-scale human rights violations and war crimes, committed in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, including illegal conscription to the Armed Military Forces of the RF, propaganda of war among children, persecution against the citizens of Ukraine on political ground. In addition it was emphasized the policy of the Russian Federation on colonization of the peninsula as well as total militarization as a threat to security in the the Black Sea region.
