The holding of the information and education campaign “The Life of the Crimean Tatars in Volyn” together with the Regional Universal Library named after Olena Pchilka is planed in Volyn region. Also there will be a concert “With a Feeling of Common Family” with participation of the representatives of all national and cultural associations and financial support of the regional state administration.
The exhibitions, portraits exhibitions, themed evenings, historic hour on the following topics: “Crimea in the Works of the Ukrainian Writers”, “The Past and Present of the Crimean Tatar People. Culture. Traditions. Symbols”, “Cultural Values of the Crimean Tatars”, “Bakhchisaray Palace is a Pearl of the Crimean Tatar Architecture”, “Tales and Legends of Crimea” and “Podillia and Crimea are the Pearls of Ukraine” will be held in the libraries of Vinnytsia region.
The exhibition “An Embroidered Miracle of Vira Royik” is scheduled to be opened in the museum in Bershad on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the birth of the Hero of Ukraine, Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Vira Sergiyivna Royik.
Classes on the topics: “The Peninsula of Crimea: History and Culture”, “Crimean Tatars are the Indigenous People of Crimea. Their Spiritual and Cultural Heritage” will be held as part of the museum club “Znaiko” of the regional museum of local lore.
An artistic and educational program “Dialogue with Crimea”, that includes an exhibition of the Crimean artists from the founds of the museum “Devoted to the Victims of Deportation”, is developed in the regional art museum for school and university youth.
The themed lessons, educational classes, round tables and discussions on the topics: “Crimea is Crossroads of Cultures”, “The Architectural Heritage of Crimea”, “Crimea is a Natural and Cultural Treasure”, “By the Tourist Routes of Crimea” will be conducted in the regional general secondary schools and art schools.
The screenings of films “Do not betray Chersonese”, “An unframed Portrait” is scheduled by the Regional Municipal Enterprise “Vinnytsiakino” in the district directions of Vinnytsia film and video network, secondary schools and cinema “Rodyna”.
The Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar cultural exchange center works in Vinnytsia and holds activities to solve the pressing issues of the Crimean Tatars in the humanitarian, cultural, communication, legal and psychological adaptation.
The expositions, themed exhibitions, information sessions, focused on promoting the cultural and spiritual heritage of Crimea will be organized in Dnipropetrovsk region. The themed events to familiarize with the cultural and spiritual heritage of Crimea will be held in the higher educational establishments of culture profile. Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration works closely on these issues with Dnipropetrovsk branch of the Brotherhood of the Crimean Tatars.
The information shelves, book fairs, readers’ conferences devoted to the popularization of cultural and spiritual heritage of Crimea are scheduled for opening in the libraries of Zhytomyr region. The educational classes will be held in the cultural and educational establishments. The literary and creative competitions, competition of the dancing groups “Fireworks Dance” with the participation of the internally displaced persons from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are planned to be held in the general, vocational and higher educational establishments. Children and young people will be involved in the All-Ukrainian expedition “Ukraine is my Motherland”. Also there will be round tables, educational classes, literary and music festivals, family holidays focused on the upbringing of respectful attitude towards the traditions of the Ukrainian and other nationalities.
The exhibitions, virtual tours “Land of Eternal Beam” (impressions from Crimea in the works of Ukrainian writers); “Crimean time in the works of Fedir Manailo”; “Crimea: Bridges of Spiritual Unity”; “Crimea against the Backdrop of the History of Ukraine”; “Sights of Crimea” are planned to be held in the museums and libraries of Zakarpattia.
The study of works of Alemdar Karamanov and Merziie Khalitova is planned to be held at the lessons of Ukrainian musical literature in the context of a theme “Ukrainian musical culture in 1960-1990 years and at the beginning of XXI century” in the cultural and educational establishments. The students can attend the lectures on a theme: “Spiritual Heritage of the People of Crimea”.
The All-Ukrainian youth festival of national cultures and festival “Military Victory” are planned to be held in the town of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region.
Ivano-Frankivsk region will held the exhibitions and round-table meetings on the topic of popularization of the spiritual and cultural heritage of Crimea in the cultural and educational establishments, including the Museum of Karaite History and Culture that belongs to the National Reserve “Ancient Galych”.
According to the plan of measures, developed by Kyiv Regional State Administration together with the Department of Education and Department of Culture, the following events are planned to be held in the region.
The educational classes “Interethnic Tolerance”, thematic lessons “With Crimea in Heart: Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the People of Crimea”, class presentation “The Art of the Greek Cities of the Northern Black Sea in the Context of Belles-Lettres” will be held in the educational establishments.
The oral magazines, interviews, lessons of tolerance: “The Art of Living Together”, “Morality and Law are Equal for Everyone”, “Tolerance as an European Value – Position of Youth”, ”Life is the Highest Value of a Person”, “History and Culture of the Crimean Tatars”, “Ukrainian Ethnocultural Tradition in Crimea”, “Known and Unknown Crimea” will be held in the libraries. Also there will be organized book fairs: “History of Crimea”, “Sights of Crimea”, “History of the Crimean Tatars”, “Cultural Heritage of Crimea”.
The Municipal Institution attached to Kyiv Regional Council “Art Center for Children and Youth of Kyiv region” has planned to conduct a local historical actions “Heroes Among Us: Modern Defenders of Ukraine. The Destiny of the Displaced Persons from Crimea”.
The collective views of feature film “Gaitarma”, virtual tours “History and Culture of Crimea”, round table meetings, devoted to the popularization of activity of famous Ukrainian general P. Grygorenko, fighter for restoration of rights of the Crimean Tatars, are planned to be held in the municipal higher educational establishment attached to Kyiv Regional Council “Academy of Continuous Education”.
The thematic lessons, advisory lessons under the slogan: “Crimea is Ukraine”, “Sovereign Ukraine: from the Origins to the Present Days” are planned to be held in the schools of Kirovograd region.
The literary hours, guessing games and virtual tours “Crimea in the Life and Works of the Ukrainian Writers”, “By the Mountainous Paths of Crimea”, “Crimean Tales and Legends” will be organized in the school libraries.
The Department of Culture, Tourism and Cultural Heritage plans to attract the internally displaced persons from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to participate in a week of national cultures “Steppe Rainbow”.
A festival “Tangle of Languages, Cultures and Traditions” will be held in Lviv region. The weeks of tolerance “We Live well in Ukraine” will be held in the general secondary schools. The literature exhibitions of the People of Crimea, drawing competition “Voices of the People of Ukraine” will be held in the libraries.
The fairs and sales of domestic products of the People of Crimea will be held in the general secondary schools of Lviv. The proceeds will be donated to the fund of the internally displaced persons.
The round table meeting on the topic “Cultural and Spiritual Heritage of the People of Crimea” will be held on the training courses in the Municipal Institution attached to Lviv Regional Council “Lviv Institute of Postgraduate Education”.
The geographical marathon “Natural Peculiarities of the Crimea Peninsula” will be held in Lviv Regional Library. The experts of the libraries made a list of recommended reading “Outstanding Figures of Crimea” for constant using by the readers.
The hours of communication “ Our Languages are different, but Homeland is common”, “Tolerance is an ability to live together”, book fairs, devoted to the history and culture of the People of Crimea, international relations and equality of people’s rights in difficult situations will be held in the educational establishments of Mykolaiv region.
The historical magazines, informational hours “We are all one Family, one Nation”, “Ukraine is my country”, “Sovereign Ukraine: from the Origins to the Present Days”, “Flame of Memory in our Hearts”; literary hours, historical tours, video mosaics “Crimea in the Life and Works of the Ukrainian Writers”, “By Mountainous Paths of Crimea”, “Crimean Tales and Legends” are planned to be held in the clubs and libraries.
The Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M.S. Grushevskyi in Odessa region will conduct a book fair “The Occupation of Crimea: Facts, Analysis a Consequences”.
Odessa Regional Youth Library named after V.V. Maiakovskyi will conduct a book fair “Unity in Diversity: Cultural Richness of the Crimean Peninsula”.
The book fairs “Crimea in Paintings of Prominent Artists”, “I.K.Aivazovskyi is an Outstanding Artist of Crimea”; interactive children’s games “Magic Crimea”, “Crimea in the Tales and Legends” will be held in the Children’s Library named after V. Kataieva in Odessa.
The Museum of Local Lore and History in Odessa will conduct the informational and methodological event for research staff of the museum “Crimea – Ukrainian Dimension”.
The exhibitions “Right to Memory” and themed tours “Crimean artists” will be held in the town of Ismail.
The lectures, discussions, educational classes, student conferences such as “Crimea. History and Present Days”, “Ukraine is my Homeland”, “Ukraine: way to unite: Yesterday and Today”, “Traditions and Customs of the People of Crimea” will be held in the general secondary schools.
Poltava Regional State Administration invites the representatives of national minorities to cooperate and participate in the various events.
The Symphony orchestra by Poltava Regional Academic Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named M.V. Gogol will present to the listeners the works of contemporary Crimean Tatar composers which are included in the repertoire.
The Culture Day of the Crimean Tatars will be held in Poltava Regional Museum named after Vasyl Krichevskyi.
A literary vernissage based on the book of S.O. Kocherga “Under the Sign of Crimea” (Crimea in life and works of Ukrainian writers), which was published by the publishing house of the National University of Ostrog Academy, edited by the rector, Doctor of Psychology, professor Pasichnyk Ihor Demidovych, will be held in Rivne Regional Scientific Library.
A thematic exhibition “History of Tatars in Ostrog” will be opened in the Museum of Books and Printing in the State Historical and Cultural Reserve in the town of Ostrog, Rivne region.
Also the themed events will be held in the educational establishments of all levels of accreditation.
In accordance with a plan of measures focused on promoting the cultural and spiritual heritage of Crimea, the thematic lessons, educational classes, discussions, book fairs, quiz devoted to the history of the Crimean Tatars, round table meeting “The Destiny of the People of Crimea in the Soviet Times” are planned to be held in the educational establishments of Sumy region. The excursions to Muslim mosques are also planned.
The historical and religious conferences “Famous Historical Figures of Crimean People”, “Make good for people – Earth will be saved with the good” will be held in the higher educational establishments.
A regional festival of national cultures “Colors of Native Land” will be held under the aegis of the Culture and Tourism Department.

Sumy Regional Institute of Postgraduate and Pedagogical Education has planned a social project “Let’s create a Culture of Peace Together” (involving children from families of the internally displaced persons).

A bibliographical survey “Ukrainian Crimea” will be organized in Ternopil Regional Universal Scientific Library.
Ternopil Regional Museum of Local Lore will invite everyone to visit a comprehensive exhibition of artists, natives of Crimea “Art of Crimea. Landscapes”, art exhibition of the Ukrainian artist Ivan Khvorostetskyi “Crimean Landscape”, exhibition devoted to the Hero of Ukraine, embroiderer from Simferopol, Vira Roik, photography exhibitions “The Tragedy of the Crimean Tatars”.
The diverse educational measures focused on popularization of the cultural and spiritual heritage of Crimea will be held in the educational and cultural establishments.
According to the information provided by the Regional Administration, the cultural establishments of Kharkiv region will promote to the participation of the internally displaced persons in the out-coming cultural events. The events dedicated to the history and spiritual heritage of national minorities also will be held in the museums.

Gasprynskyi is an outstanding educator of the Crimean Tatars”, devoted to the celebration of the 160th anniversary of his birth with participation of the representatives of the Crimean Tatar Cultural Centre “Kuresh”.
A piano music concert of the Crimean composer Inna Mokhnachova will be held in the children’s art school of Velyka Lepetykha, Kherson region.
Novotroitsk Centre of Culture and Leisure in Kherson region will organize the concert “We are the Ukrainians” with participation of creative association of the Crimean Tatars “Sara-Bulat”.
The lessons on topics “Cultural and Spiritual Heritage of the Crimean People” will be opened in Beryslav District House of Culture.
Skadovsk Children’s Art School will held a celebration of unity “Open your spirit islands in the ocean of native people”.
A competition among pupils of 10th – 11th classes for the best works of art devoted to the history of the national liberation struggle of the Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars against totalitarian regime, echoes of these historical parallels in the current fight for national sovereignty and Ukraine’s territorial integrity will be held with a support of charity organization of the Crimean Tatar cultural and sports center “Kuresh”.

Cherkasy Regional Museum will held a memorial evening “Today I Care a Hundred Times for What will Happen in my Land Tomorrow” devoted to the 75th anniversary of birth of Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, honored journalist of Ukraine, founder of the Ukrainian Language Association named after T.G.Shevchenko in Crimea, Board Member of the All-Crimean society “Prosvita” named after Taras Shevchenko, interpreter of the Crimean Tatar language Danyl Kononenko.

A museum exhibition “Sights of Crimea”, a concert program of the Regional Philharmonic devoted to modern Crimean Tatar culture will be held in the region.
Chernigiv Regional State Administration informed that there would be held the art and photography exhibitions, concert programs and museum exhibitions with the participation of artists and creative teams of Chernigiv region, educational establishments, national and cultural centers, and representatives of the Regional Crimean Community.
