Within the framework of inter-agency cooperation, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol reported, that the above-mentioned facts are used as a basis for procedural supervision of the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings in respect of misappropriation and embezzlement of property, documents, stamps and seals, seized fraudulently and abusing of power.
The pre-trial investigation established that representatives of the “State Council of the Republic of Crimea”, the “Council of Ministers of the Crimea” and other illegal authorities unlawfully established in the temporarily occupied AR Crimea and the city of Sevastopol adopted a number of decisions on the so-called “nationalization” and sale of property, held on the balance sheet of State enterprises, institutions and organizations. In this regard, such illegal activity of the occupying power caused large-scale damage to our state.
The materials handed over by the Mission are verified and included in criminal proceedings.
